If you as an an individual or member of an organization would like to make a presentation to the Centralia School District Board of Directors, you must submit this completed form to Brittany Kindell, Executive Assistant to the Superintendent.

Please note, requests to present to the board must be made at least two weeks prior to the date you wish to present on. Every attempt will be made to accommodate requests, however we are limited by time available.
