• Yoga- please dress appropriately: t-shirt, shorts, sweats, yoga type pants, tennis shoes & socks.

            No short lycra/VB type shorts and no spaghetti straps. No socks=no dress.

    Class focus is on basic yoga poses & flows using a variety of types of yoga, includes power yoga & some relaxation.

    Students will work daily on flexibility, strength & balance.
