On Thursday, May 11, 2017, Centralia School District will begin registering children who will turn 5 prior to August 31, 2017 for admission into kindergarten for the 2017-2018 school year.
The registration will take place at Centralia Middle School from 5:30 to 7:00 that evening.
Parents are asked to bring their child’s immunization record and to ensure that the child’s shots are up to date. In addition, parents are also asked to bring their child’s birth certificate, proof of address and daycare verification. A copy will be made that evening to retain in the child’s permanent record.
Various District services will be on hand to help answer questions regarding school bus service, and our breakfast and lunch program.
Interpreters will be available that evening to help with Spanish translation.
