![]() Steve Bodnar, Ed.D. Superintendent (360) 330-7600 Sherri Norman Administrative Asst. to the Superintendent | Dr. Steve Bodnar is the Superintendent of Centralia School District. He has served the district as superintendent since July 2007 and was the assistant superintendent for the five years prior. Dr. Bodnar was the assistant superintendent and interim superintendent for the Stanwood-Camano School from 1993 to 2002. He began his career as a classroom teacher before becoming a principal in 1987. He currently serves on the boards of Lewis County United Way, New Market Skills Center, Employee Relations Negotiations Network, and the Admissions and Professional Conduct Advisory Committee. He also participates with other local community associations such as the Lewis County Economic Development Council, Lewis County Chamber of Commerce, and Centralia Rotary Club. Dr. Bodnar has a strong community relations background and is highly regarded for his interpersonal communications skills. He has a sincere and firm commitment to a life-long education process. Finally, he is passionate about the development of people who can positively impact the growth and learning of all students on a daily basis. |
