Meet the Board / Board of Directors

	School Board: kashmore@centralia.wednet.edu Kim Ashmore was appointed to the Centralia School Board on May 9, 2007. He works as a stormwater manager for the City of Centralia. Mr. Ashmore is the former president of the Centralia Youth Soccer Association. He serves as a Board Member for the City of Centralia's Storm and Surface Water Advisory Committee. He also leads the Centralia Stream Team. Kim and his wife are longtime residents of Centralia and have a daughter that is a 2010 graduate of Centralia High School. Their family enjoys traveling in their RV and boating. Kim can also be found attending many of the sporting events in Centralia.
	School Board President: rfuller@centralia.wednet.edu Bob Fuller began his service to the Centralia School District in June of 1982 when he was appointed to an open board position. Subsequently, he has been re-elected six times over the years. As a former grocer and business owner, Bob is well known for his commitment to this community and to the students of Centralia. His background in private business has been instrumental in establishing a strong fiscal policy for the district.
	School Board Legislative Representative: mkelly@centralia.wednet.edu Michael Kelly was elected to the Centralia School Board in November 2009. He was born and raised in Centralia where he currently works for TransAlta Power Generation in Centralia as a Computer and Control Technician. Michael serves as a member of TransAlta's community grant committee TACT (TransAlta Community Transformers). TACT is primarily focused on helping local youth and seniors in need throughout Lewis and Thurston counties. Michael is active in his community being a member of the Lewis County Chamber of Commerce, Lewis County Farm Bureau, and also the Lewis County Republican Party. Michael and his wife Shana are long time residents of the community and have four children. He has a strong commitment to the community and students he serves and welcomes the opportunity to listen to input on CSD from all of the stakeholders he serves.
	School Board Member Vice President: pdolezal@centralia.wednet.edu Patty Dolezal was elected to the School Board in November 1997. She is a physical therapist at Providence Hospital-Centralia and has enjoyed serving as a volunteer in the schools for many years. Patty currently serves on the Centralia High School Vocational General Advisory Committee.
	School Board Member: cthomas@centralia.wednet.edu Chris Thomas was elected to the Centralia School Board in November of 2011. Mr. Thomas has served as the Public Relations Manager at Providence Centralia Hospital since 2006 and previously worked at The Chronicle. He serves on the Citizens for Centraia Schools levy campaign and is involved in many other school and community activities. Mr. Thomas has lived in Centralia nearly his entire life, graduating from Centralia High School in 1987 and was a CHS basketball and tennis coach. His wife, Sarah, is a former CHS teacher and is currently teaching at Rochester High School. His son is a student in the Centralia School District.
