School Board President, Amy Buzzard
Amy Buzzard was elected to the Centralia School Board in November 2013. She serves on the Citizens for Centralia Schools levy campaign, Strategic Planning Committee and serves in many other roles for Centralia schools and the community. Mrs. Buzzard and her husband are longtime residents of Centralia and have four children attending school in the district.Their family enjoys music, sports and spending time together.
School Board Vice President, Bob Fuller
Bob Fuller began his service to the Centralia School District in June of 1982 when he was appointed to an open board position. Subsequently, he has been re-elected six times over the years. As a former grocer and business owner, Bob is well known for his commitment to this community and to the students of Centralia. His background in private business has been instrumental in establishing a strong fiscal policy for the district.
School Board Member, Kim Ashmore
Kim Ashmore was appointed to the Centralia School Board on May 9, 2007. He works as a stormwater manager for the City of Centralia. Mr. Ashmore is the former president of the Centralia Youth Soccer Association. He serves as a Board Member for the City of Centralia's Storm and Surface Water Advisory Committee. He also leads the Centralia Stream Team. Kim and his wife are longtime residents of Centralia and have a daughter that is a 2010 graduate of Centralia High School. Their family enjoys traveling in their RV and boating. Kim can also be found attending many of the sporting events in Centralia.
School Board Member, Neal Kirby
Neal Kirby was elected to the Centralia School Board in November 2013. He previously was the principal at Edison Elementary for 14 years and Centralia Middle School for eight years. While at Edison, the staff was recognized for being an "exemplary" or "very good" school by the State Board of Education. He was a third grade classroom teacher, a federal programs director, and the principal in Inchelium prior to coming to Centralia. He is now retired from education. Neal has two children, both of whom attended Centralia schools and graduated from Centralia High School. He's been active on the school levy committee, United Way Distribution Board, the Lewis County Sales Tax Advisory, and other community groups. Kirby also has served in the Washington State House of Representatives.

School Board Member, Jami Lund
Jami Lund was elected to the school board in November of 2015. He received his Master’s Degree with an emphasis in public policy from Western Washington University. He formerly worked as an education policy analyst for the Washington State House of Representatives, and now works as an advocate for effective education policy and strong local control for the Freedom Foundation. In previous employment he has served as a program performance auditor and as a private school educator. His analysis and commentary on education have appeared in print, radio and television across the state.
