CMS has an Afterschool Program that offers a wide variety of school activities/clubs. It is open to all students. The Afterschool Program is held Monday - Thursday's from 2:40 - 5:40 PM. At the end of the school day, students need to go to the library. From 2:40 - 4:40 there are structured clubs and activities for student participation. At 4:40 students attending any of the after school programs can meet in the lunchroom for dinner provided by CSD Food Service. At 5:00 PM an activity bus picks up students. The bus stops at Edison, Jeff-Lincoln, Oakview, Washington Schools, and at the Scammon Creek apartments. Parents can meet the bus at one of these drop centers or if close enough students can walk. Homework Help meets Monday - Thursday's from 2:40 - 5:40. Homework Help is intended for students who need extra help getting homework done or just extra help in classes/subjects. Staff who are helping students with homework, missing assignments or course subject matter also communicate with students teacher's.
