Centralia Middle School welcomes all new students. If you are new the the Centralia area and reside within the boundaries of the school you may visit the office and pick up the required paperwork necessary to register your child. Bring the completed paperwork to our registrar at the front office and we will begin the process of enrollment.
If you wish to enroll your child in our school but live outside the boundaries of Centralia School District it will be necessary for you to complete a request from the school district of which you reside in prior to enrollment in Centralia Schools.
