Use
your student’s six digit schoolmaster ID and PIN (some are three
digits, others are six) to find your students’ online information. Once you enter the ID and PIN, you may see student information once you click the button in front of the correct title. For
attendance, GPA, Class Rank, Fees and Payments, Test Scores,
Vaccinations and much more, click on the appropriate tab. The guidance
button is disabled.
Attendance: only displays when a student has a recorded absence.
Current Marks: shows schedule and marks for the current term.
Fees and Payments: shows any fees owed and those paid.
GPA History: shows overall total GPA rank for semester grades.
Mark History: shows all past grades, teachers and classes
***To
see grades and progress, click on the schedule/progress under the
select view button, and you will see your students schedule, teacher,
and classes. In the far right column, click on progress to see your
student’s grades.
Test History: will give you all past WASL scores, PSAT and SAT scores.
Vaccination: shows what we have for your immunization/shot records.
